Dyeing and Shipping Schedule

When Will My Order Ship? 

Hi everyone! I am currently on Maternity leave, but our team is still working hard to process all your orders! Thank you for your patience as we will be slower to respond to emails.

The French Edit:
- in-stock colorways currently ship within 2-3 business days

- Dyed to Order yarn will ship within approximately 2–4 weeks. We restock every two weeks and aim for closer to 2 weeks, but if we have already completed the current restock cycle, your order may be included in our next restock and ship closer to 4 weeks.

French Edit Update 7/11/2026

The studio has been incredibly busy over the last few weeks! We’ve received far more French Edit orders than we anticipated, and we are so thankful for the amazing response.

Because of this, our team has been working as quickly as possible to dye, wind, label, and ship every order. While we've been running a bit behind our estimated processing times, we're making great progress and are catching up as quickly as we can.

We truly appreciate your patience and support while we work through this exciting season. We can't wait for your yarn to arrive, and we're so grateful to each and every one of you for supporting our small business. 💜

Jade - Color Wheel Club:
- We will be shipping in batches again, so the first 100 will ship within 2 weeks, the second 100 will ship within 5 weeks, the third 100 within 8 weeks, and the final 300 will be ready to ship within 3 months of launch!
- All sets will be shipped by October 1st!

You will receive a tracking email when your order is queued for shipment.
Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Pre-orders ship only when all items in your order are marked as “Completed.”

  • A shipping notification means your order's shipping label has printed, not that it has left the studio.
    Please allow a few days for the package to be handed to the carrier.

  • In-stock items currently ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted, or if ordered alongside any pre-order or dyed to order items.
