When Will My Order Ship? 

In Stock Colorways

- Please allow 5–10 business days for in stock orders to process during the initial launch rush. This processing time will shorten once we work through the first round of orders.

Jade - Color Wheel Club:
- We will be shipping in batches again - the first 300 have already shipped and the final 300 will be ready to ship within 3 months of launch!
- All sets will be shipped by October 1st!

You will receive a tracking email when your order is queued for shipment.
Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

Important Shipping Notes

• Pre-orders ship only when all items in your order are marked as “Completed.”

• A shipping notification means your order's shipping label has printed, not that it has left the studio.
  Please allow a few days for the package to be handed to the carrier.

• In-stock items currently ship within 5-10 business days unless otherwise noted, or if ordered alongside any pre-order or dyed to order items.

• Dyed to Order yarn will ship within approximately 2–4 weeks. We restock every two weeks and aim for closer to 2 weeks, but if we have already completed the current restock cycle, your order may be included in our next restock and ship closer to 4 weeks.
