Dyeing and Shipping Schedule

When Will My Order Ship? 

In Stock Colorways

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for in stock orders to process during the initial launch rush. This processing time will shorten to 3-5 business days once we work through the initial rush of orders. 

Watercolor Effect Collection:

  • The options for Dyed to Order yarn have begun closing as of Sunday Oct 11th, and all yarn will ship between Oct 24th and Nov 21st!
  • We’ll be dyeing and shipping as we go! Once we have enough orders of a colorway and base for a full batch, we’ll dye it up, so some orders may ship closer to the beginning of our processing window.
  • We’ll generally work through orders in the order they were placed, and your order will ship once all of the yarn included in it is complete.
  • We will also be updating our in stock quantities as we dye extras along with pre-orders!

Jade - Color Wheel Club:

  • All 10g minis have shipped!
  • 20g minis are wound and labeled and ready to ship on Monday Oct 12th!

You will receive a tracking email when your order is queued for shipment.
Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Pre-orders ship only when all items in your order are marked as “Completed.”

  • A shipping notification means your order's shipping label has printed, not that it has left the studio.
    Please allow a few days for the package to be handed to the carrier.

  • In-stock items currently ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted, or if ordered alongside any pre-order or dyed to order items.
