Shipping
United States Orders: We rely on USPS (United States Postal Service) for most orders, and UPS and FedEx for some larger orders to deliver your yarn.
International orders: We utilize DHL Express, UPS Worldwide, and the NEW cheaper and faster FedEx International Connect for international orders. Please be aware that you may be responsible for any additional fees that may be incurred during the transportation process, depending on the policies of your country, though duties and taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout! Due to frequent changes in international shipping rates, we are often able to find better rates for smaller orders - any overages will be refunded after shipping.

Lost Package
Once your order has been left our hands, it becomes your responsibility as the customer. While we are unable to take responsibility for lost packages, we are here to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding your shipment. In the unfortunate event of a lost package, we recommend contacting the shipping company directly to resolve the issue.
Each order is insured for a baseline amount of $200. If you would like to insure your package up to the total order value, please leave a note in your order or send us an email and we will add that cost to your order. This also applies to orders that are merged - the $200 insurance applies to the single shipped package.

We are currently shipping in-stock orders within 3-5 Business Days unless otherwise noted.
