This charm is designed by Ruby And Roses Yarn and created by the talented Lindsay of Simply Serving. I designed this progress keeper to go with my Sail Away colorway and sock set, but it pairs so well with many others in my Yarn-ary Islands Collection. This charm is inspired by the sailboat-filled marinas at each port on our journey!

When we explored the marina, I was truly inspired by this scene, and particularly a hot pink bucket that a sailor was using to hold his soapy water while he washed his boat. What really got my wheels turning was seeing how perfect the colors of all these ordinary objects looked together. I think it exemplifies what I imagine to be the quaint everyday life at sea.

For this charm, I had Lindsay morph the hot pink bucket into the mast of the sailboat because what would a Ruby and Roses Charm be without pink?
