This mitten pattern would be a great stash buster, since it only requires one skein of DK or Fingering weight yarn! I have incorporated a few truly classic cable motifs. The cable runs up the front of the entire piece leaving the back side to be a section of simple stockinette stitch. All in all, this will have you aching to knit just one more row!

DK weight: 246 yards/224 meters
Fingering weight: 430 yards/400 meters

Pink - Ruby and Roses Yarn in the “Bundle
Up” colorway on our Rose DK base.
Red - Rube and Roses Yarn in a OOAK
colorway on our Soft Rose Base held double.

NEEDLES
Size US 3 /3.25 mm circular needle or DPN’s
Size US 5 / 3.75 mm circular needle or DPN’s
Please adjust your needle size to achieve
the correct gauge.

GAUGE
23 sts X 38 rows per 4” / 10 cm
in Stockinette worked in the round
with US 5 needles.

depending on what part of the pattern you
are currently working.
